   Residing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for upwards of 36 years, and specifically in the Peninsula area for the past 30 years, I have developed a keen understanding of both the real estate market and the local cultures that make this region so unique. This extensive experience has provided me with valuable insights into the dynamics of property values, neighborhood trends, and the nuances of buying and selling homes in this area.

Moreover, having raised my three children right here on the Peninsula, I am intimately familiar with all aspects of family life in this community. From navigating the local school systems and participating in various sports leagues to exploring the wide array of family-friendly activities, I have a comprehensive knowledge of what this area has to offer. Whether it's finding the best parks, engaging in community events, or discovering hidden gems for weekend outings, I have experienced it all firsthand and am well-equipped to provide valuable guidance to both newcomers and long-time residents alike.

  Growing up moving frequently, I was gifted with the experience of different cultures, which fostered my love for travel, art, and architecture. This exposure has shaped my personal values, design, and aesthetic.

Born in Frankfurt, Germany, I moved at four but returned many times as an adult. There, I developed an appreciation for organized, clean-lined architecture and innovations.

My passion for arts and culture led me to spend extended periods in Italy, Spain, Sicily, Portugal, and France. Exploring cities like Rome, Barcelona, and Lisbon, I gained a love for quality items, artistic expression in the home, and communal gathering spaces.

In Asia, particularly Japan and Vietnam, I discovered the unparalleled beauty of simplicity and minimalism, which I now prioritize in my design projects.

Living across the United States, I’ve experienced diverse architectural styles, from East Coast Early American to West Coast modern. Currently, I reside in Gig Harbor with my husband and our dog, Wolfgang. We frequently travel to Europe, often visiting architectural sites, art museums, and restaurants.
