As a real estate agent I have the pleasure of working with both a friend and mentor: Julia Runyan and The Runyan Group at RE/MAX Exclusive.  Our team has been featured on HGTV Beach Hunters, as well as the series The American Dream on the American Dream Network. We continue to strive for excellence in all of our real estate transactions. 

Individually I am here for all of your real estate needs. I enjoy the process of finding the perfect home for buyers, as well as working with sellers to create a dream listing for prospective buyers. Referrals are an important part of my business. It is for this reason I work hard to ensure the buying and selling experience is a positive and professional experience for all. 

Also, as part of my service working with sellers, I include not only my real estate market experience, but my interior design knowledge as well. This combination can help create low-to-no cost re-designed spaces for the modern housing market’s everchanging styles. All while using existing furniture, etc.  

My real estate experience extends well beyond the representation of buyers and sellers. Having attended the New York Institute of Art & Design I bring a level of knowledge about design and homes to a different level. Whether it is a full re-interior design of your existing home, full design services for new home construction, or simply consultations on readying your home for the market, I am here to help. 

My favorite design projects are those that help my clients individualize their spaces to meet their ever-changing needs. Creating a mood for a space is extremely important to me. I believe our homes should be a reflection of who we are, where we’ve been, and what might come next. Simplicity is indeed possible, and it can help create sacred spaces in which we can be ourselves without feeling stifled by our surroundings.
